Private Lessons（私教课）
Class Rescheduling and Leave Policy: As a general principle, both students and teachers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any class cancellation or rescheduling. We understand, however, that students may occasionally face unexpected circumstances such as illness or emergencies. In such cases, a last-minute cancellation before class begins will not result in any deduction of lesson hours. Once a class has commenced, the lesson time will be counted as used.
Refund Policy: Students may cancel their courses at any time. Any unused lesson hours are fully refundable, with no administrative fees. There are two ways to cancel: Log in to 11chinese.com website, go to your account page, and cancel your subscription at any time; or submit a course termination request to your course advisor, after which our academic staff will respond and process your cancellation and refund within 24 hours.
Privacy Policy: Lesson recordings are available for playback and review for three months after each lesson. If you prefer not to have your classes recorded, please inform your course advisor, and we will disable the recording function for your lessons. Lesson recordings are for student review, parental supervision, and internal teaching quality management, should any class recordings be used for external educational demonstrations, students’ faces, home environments, and any personally identifiable information will be fully obscured, and no names or other sensitive audio or visual details will appear in the video. If, however, parents do not wish their child’s recordings to be used in such contexts, please contact us, and we will fully respect this choice.
Recorded Lessons（录播课）
Refund: For the recorded lessons, 11Chinese.com offers a full refund within 14 days after you placed an order, and a administrative fee (3% of the amount to be refunded) will be charged for each refund transaction.
Lessos Sharing: The lessons you purchased is only for the use of students in one household. No sharing beyond the use of the licensed students is permitted. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
